What delivery options are available in France?

We do our utmost to process your order as quickly as possible. Orders placed from Monday to Thursday are dispatched the following day at around 4pm. Orders placed from Friday to Sunday are dispatched on the following Monday. Orders placed on public holidays are dispatched on the next working day.

DPD provides Predict home delivery within 24 to 48 hours of dispatch, to a specific address (home, workplace, etc.).

The cost of delivery, which will be invoiced to you, is €7 including tax. Home delivery is free for purchases of €100 or more, tax included.

You will be notified by text message and e-mail as soon as your parcel is picked up. On the day of the scheduled delivery, you will receive a text message and an email to let you know that the driver has arrived. If you are absent, you can request delivery at a relay point or set a new delivery date.

DPD will deliver your order within 24 to 48 hours to a relay point selected by you when you placed your order on our online shop.

The cost of delivery, which will be invoiced to you, is €4 including tax. Delivery to a relay point is free for orders over €100, including tax.

You have 7 days from the date of receipt to pick up your parcel at a relay point.

Fedex provides home delivery in International Economy within 3 to 5 days of dispatch, to a specific address (home, workplace, etc.).

The cost of delivery, which will be invoiced to you, depends on the geographical area in which you are located. It is calculated automatically and displayed in your basket before payment.

You will be notified by text message and e-mail as soon as your parcel is picked up. On the day of the scheduled delivery, you will receive a text message and an email to let you know that the driver has arrived. If you are absent, you can request delivery at a relay point or set a new delivery date.

You have 7 days from the date of receipt to pick up your parcel at a relay point.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email or text message indicating your tracking number.

You can track your parcel at any time on this page by entering your tracking number on the carrier's interface.

You will also be informed by sms or email of the tracking of your parcel.

If you have not yet received your order and the delivery period has expired, please contact us using the contact form.

Why has my order still not been dispatched?

If the status of your order has not changed within 72 hours, please contact our Customer Service department using our contact form, quoting your order number.

We can then contact our logistics team to provide you with a personalised response.

What should I do if my product is damaged, the order is incomplete or I haven't received the product I ordered?

In the event of an anomaly, please generate a returns request from your customer account.

Please send us good quality photos to substantiate your claim.

Do I have to pay taxes or customs duties to collect my parcel?

Orders to European Union member states are subject to 20% French value added tax. This tax is included in the total price displayed in your basket.

For the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway, the prices shown do not include French tax. However, you will have to pay customs duties to collect the parcel. In general, the amount of customs charges is around 25 to 30% of the total amount of the invoice. Under no circumstances will you be able to request payment or reimbursement of these customs charges.

What should I do if the time limit for delivering the parcel to the relay point has passed?

You have approximately 7 days to collect your parcel from a relay point. Once this period has elapsed, the parcel will be returned to us. In this case, we will automatically refund your order. No returns will be possible. You will have to place a new order. Shipping and return costs will be deducted from the refund. You will be informed of this amount by email.
