Online Order Tracking

Online orders ship from our Rennes, French warehouse Monday - Friday, and are usually scanned for shipment the same day. Online order tracking updates are sent to the customer email address attached to the orders.

How do I track my online order?

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email or text message indicating your tracking number.

You can track your parcel at any time on this page by entering your tracking number on the carrier's interface.

You will also be informed by sms or email of the tracking of your parcel.

If you have not yet received your order and the delivery period has expired, please contact us using the contact form.

When does my online order ship from your warehouse?

Orders are generally processed within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). However, we aim to pack and ship all orders placed Monday to Thursday by 4pm the next day. Please bear this in mind when choosing your shipping method. Our warehouse is closed on Saturdays and Sundays.

When should I expect my order to arrive?

Delivery times vary according to the delivery method selected:

METROPOLITAN FRANCE

The DPD Predict service delivers parcels within 24 to 48 hours (working days).

> Point Relais delivery
The DPD Relay service delivers parcels within 24 to 48 hours (working days).

EUROPE
Delivery times vary according to the zone in which your country is located.
Fedex delivers your order to your door within 3 to 5 working days.

In France :

Home delivery : DPD provides Predict home delivery within 24 to 48 hours of dispatch.
Relay point delivery : DPD provides Relay delivery within 24 to 48 hours to a relay point selected by you when placing your order.

In Europe :

Home delivery : DPD provides Predict home delivery within 3 to 5 working days.
Please note: customs fees will be charged to clear your parcel through customs. This applies to the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway. Customs charges vary according to the type of item ordered. In general, you can add 20 to 25% of the total invoice amount.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not 100% satisfied with your Iron & Resin purchase for any reason, you may make a return or an exchange within 14 days from the date of your purchase. Items must be in the original condition: unwashed, unworn, and with the original tags.

What is our return and exchange policy in France?

Iron and Resin Europe is committed to exchanging any item with a size, fit or satisfaction problem.

You have a legal period of 14 days, after receipt of your order, to request the exchange or refund of unworn items, in their original packaging, which do not suit you.

IMPORTANT: an item can only be exchanged or refunded if it has not been worn or altered, and if all its labels are still in place.

1. EXCHANGE

In the case of an exchange for the same item (size or color), return postage is free.

Within 2 to 3 days of receipt of your package, the model(s) requested in exchange will be shipped using the same shipping method indicated on your initial order. If you wish to change your delivery address, please let us know by email at customerservice@ironandresin.eu, along with your order reference.

You will be informed by email of the dispatch of a new parcel with its tracking number.

Please note Requests for exchanges are limited to one free return. From a second exchange the return will be at your expense.

2. REFUNDS

In the case of a refund, return postage will be deducted from your invoice:

10€ VAT included for packages over 1kg
5€ VAT included for packages under 1kg
In the case of parcels weighing more than 3kg, the costs will be deducted from your invoice.

What is our return and exchange policy in Europe?

You have a legal period of 14 days, after receipt of your order, to request a refund for unworn items in their original packaging that are not to your liking.

We do not offer exchanges, only refunds. If you wish to choose another size, color or item, you must place a new order.

IMPORTANT: an item can only be refunded if it has not been worn or altered and if all its tags are still in place.

Once the return request has been made, you will receive your return label by e-mail within 24 to 48 hours. Return shipping costs from Europe are at the customer's expense and will be deducted from your refund. They correspond to the shipping costs indicated on your invoice for the outbound shipment. Example: €12 including VAT for Germany.
Your order will be refunded within 7 days of receipt of the parcel using the payment method you chose when you placed your initial order.

How do I start a return or exchange?

To start your online exchange or return, please head over to our Return & Exchanges Page and follow the steps. You will need your Online Order Number and Shipping Zip Code that were attached to your order.

Where do I find my return label?

Iron & Resin provides a FREE prepaid label only for online exchanges for the contiguous United States. These are provided through our Returns & Exchanges Center and will be downloadable upon a exchange submittal.

For orders that are returned for a full refund, a $7 handling fee is required.

Please note, Iron & Resin cannot be held responsible for return or exchange items that are delivered to the wrong address, in addition to lost or stolen packages in transit, or any other damages when in the hands of 3rd-party shipping companies.

How long does it take for a refund to process?

We are committed to processing a refund for the total amount including tax within 3 to 5 days after receiving your package.

Please note that for a refund, return shipping fees will be deducted from the total amount.

The refund will be made via the payment method used for the order.
