TYPES OF DATA AND WHY?

  • Surname, first name and address : We need all this information in order to provide you with a commercial service and, in particular, to deliver your order.

Return terms

What are the return conditions from Metropolitan France?

Iron and Resin Europe is committed to exchanging any item with a size, fit or satisfaction problem.

You have a legal period of 14 days, after receipt of your order, to request the exchange or refund of unworn items, in their original packaging, which do not suit you.

IMPORTANT: an item can only be exchanged or refunded if it has not been worn or altered, and if all its labels are still in place.

1. EXCHANGE

In the case of an exchange for the same item (size or color), return postage is free.

Within 2 to 3 days of receipt of your package, the model(s) requested in exchange will be shipped using the same shipping method indicated on your initial order. If you wish to change your delivery address, please let us know by email at customerservice@ironandresin.eu, along with your order reference.

You will be informed by email of the dispatch of a new parcel with its tracking number.

Please note Requests for exchanges are limited to one free return. From a second exchange the return will be at your expense.

2. REFUNDS

In the case of a refund, return postage will be deducted from your invoice:

10€ VAT included for packages over 1kg
5€ VAT included for packages under 1kg
In the case of parcels weighing more than 3kg, the costs will be deducted from your invoice.

What are the return conditions from Europe?

You have a legal period of 14 days, after receipt of your order, to request a refund for unworn items in their original packaging that are not to your liking.

We do not offer exchanges, only refunds. If you wish to choose another size, color or item, you must place a new order.

IMPORTANT: an item can only be refunded if it has not been worn or altered and if all its tags are still in place.

Once the return request has been made, you will receive your return label by e-mail within 24 to 48 hours. Return shipping costs from Europe are at the customer's expense and will be deducted from your refund. They correspond to the shipping costs indicated on your invoice for the outbound shipment. Example: €12 including VAT for Germany.
Your order will be refunded within 7 days of receipt of the parcel using the payment method you chose when you placed your initial order.

What is the return procedure?

1. Log in to your account:

In the “E-mail” field, enter your e-mail address, then click “Continue”.
In your e-mail account, open the e-mail sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the e-mail.
Return to the online store, then enter a six-digit verification code.
2. Click on the order you wish to return.

3. If your order contains more than one item, select those you wish to return.

4. Select a reason for return and indicate in a note whether it is an exchange (size or color desired) or a refund.

5. Click on “Submit request”.

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, you will receive an e-mail with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. Once the product has been returned, you will receive a refund or exchange.

Please return the package within 10 days of the return request date.

Can I request an exchange?

Would you like to try on another size? Choose another color?

We can exchange your item(s) from France only. Orders from Europe cannot be exchanged, only refunded.

To do so, please specify in your return request that you would like an exchange, specifying the model name, size and color.

As soon as your return request has been validated, you will receive a return label by email. Please print and stick the label on the parcel. Finally, drop off the parcel at a post office or Colissimo drop-off point or Fedex drop-off point for the European customers.
We do not offer exchanges for items not having the same reference. If you require a different item, please place a new order.

How long does it take to process my return?

Once your parcel has been received in our warehouse, we undertake to process your return request within 5 working days.

This processing time may be extended during special sales periods.

A confirmation email will be sent to you upon validation of your return.

When do I get my money back?

We undertake to refund the total amount of your order within 5 days of receipt of your parcel.

As a reminder, in the case of a refund, return costs will be deducted from the total amount.

The refund will be made via the payment method chosen for the order.

A confirmation email will be sent to you upon validation of your return with the amount of refund.

What are the return conditions for Christmas?

Because Christmas is a special and unique time, we are extending the return period to January 15 for all purchases made between December 1 and 25. So, if the size, color or model doesn't fit, we'll exchange it or refund it under the same general conditions.

I bought a product that is already defective after 6 months. Can I make use of a warranty?

The products on our website include a 1-year warranty from the date of shipment of the order covering material and manufacturing defects for the original owner. If your product proves to be defective or is damaged due to a manufacturing defect, we undertake to replace it while stocks last. If the product is no longer available or its production has been discontinued, a credit note equivalent to the value of the product, including VAT, valid for 1 year, will be offered to the customer in his or her personal space. Under no circumstances may a refund be claimed by the customer.

To evaluate the possibility of applying the warranty, a return request must be made via the online contact form on the website. Customers are asked to provide their contact details, the order number and, if applicable, photos highlighting the defect(s) that may justify the return.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper use, negligence, washing, normal wear and tear or the natural alteration of colors and materials over time and use. We are currently unable to repair items not covered by this warranty policy.

Beyond the two-year legal warranty, a compromise in the form of a credit note or promotional code may be considered after agreement between the different parties.

Important: This warranty can only be applied once to the same order. Therefore, a customer cannot claim an exchange or repair after using the warranty. Except in the case of a shipping error or a product that does not conform to specifications upon receipt.

I paid for my order in 3 instalments with Alma, how do I get my money back?

If you have paid for your order in 3 instalments with Alma, your refund will be made directly by Alma and the remaining instalments will not be debited.

You will therefore be reimbursed for the sum of the number of direct debits made to the payment method used to make the purchase.
